`The app said 2 minute wait time and gave me a pick up time of 8:12, at 830 i called the taxi company and they said it would be 8 more minutes. I said to the operator the app said two minutes over 15 minutes ago and he quite glibly responded "well it says 8 now" no apology and no manners. The app then deleted my booking and a text came through saying the taxi was on it's way and that I could pay by card in the car. The initial booking had only a given a pay by cash option.`, `Absolutely awful!! **BE CAREFUL with this company** I was in a Rush to get home due to a family emergency second time ever booking with this company I was told 10mins wait when booked called to confirm, called 15mins later as app wasn't tracking a car, told 15 mins, called again told still trying to find me a car. After an hour I called new moon they turned up in 5 minutes! I then got a text message staying they are "don't bother booking again we're black listing your number and will share it"`,Was ok Just doesn't work anymore
