The My Medicare Buddy App connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan. Receive meal planning, recipes, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

You will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Medicare Buddyprovider. Communicate with them in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Medicare Buddy clientsand you can't use the app unless you're a someone already in their care. Your My Medicare Buddy provideruses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
