The products' quality is not good sometimes, other than that all the features are good. Although the the app needs a little improvement. If possible, include more varieties of groceries for contemporary purposes.
Earlier this app was good but now a days app is not responding, my suggestion is first do a good testing of this app as always i am getting not responding error..so how a cuatomer place a order and more over customers have alternative to do the shopping so in this compatitive world you need to be very alert. Thanks.
Worst service. They have not delivered on time. It has been already one day and still no response. Firstly the contact number was switched off and now they are not picking up the call. My Diwali is wasted for these people. There is no option to give 0 star, so giving 1 star. 0 star is not for not delivering, it is for the customer service. If there are any issues they should let me know. But the problem is they are not picking calls.
Poor service. They Don't follow time slots.After placing order have to follow up a lot to make sure order comes on time... Today placed order at 2.00 pm for order slot 3 to 5... waited till 8.40pm no order... when I cancelled order after waiting then customer care was very active to apologizes. Uninstalling app..
I have experienced a good product quality at reasonable prices with proper customer service. Products that offered are fresh and deliverd in lesser time. Overall I have found this app very usefull because I am getting a full customer satisfaction
