The in-builder app provides a predicted score for each wireless carrier at any address. The user simply clicks the map (or enters an address), selects the parameters (the type of building/building floor and the environment around the building) and clicks the score button.

The score can be used for identifying carrier sales opportunities (where one carrier is either better than the other carriers or has excellent coverage), building owner sales opportunities (where a building has coverage that is better than neighboring buildings or that is excellent), tenant move considerations (matching coverage and/or carrier to a new tenant location).

In addition to the score, the app provides easy access to google searches of the address.
