I love how simple this app is to work with. It helps keep me accountable and motivated and syncs with the club's classes and my heart monitor easily.
The calorie tracking used for workouts especially egym, are way way off any I am burning 230 calories for 3 sets of 15, 1400 calorie in a 30 minute lifting session.
Has been 8+ months since I have last been there asked many times called left emails to close my account out yet I still keep getting charged have to close out my account that is linked to them just to stop the payments want my money back.
I love being able to challenge myself and monitor my progress. Actually rising to the occasion to accomplish the task is my reward.
Silver Sneakers is such a great way to stretch, strengthen and limber up my creaky body and is fun at the same time!'
