Use UptoPlay to play online the game Eddystone-URL.
Turns your device into a Bluetooth beacon using the Eddystone-URL format.
Eddystone is an open Bluetooth Smart beacon format that supports Android and iOS devices.
Support for Bluetooth peripheral mode is required. This is available on most newer devices, which include, but are not limited to: Nexus 5X, 6P, 6, & 9; Samsung Galaxy S6, S7, Note 5, E5, & Grand Prime; Moto G, E 4G LTE, & DROID Turbo 2; OnePlus 3; LG G4.

Recent changes: Restores URL-shortening functionality:
URLs over 17 characters long are automatically reassigned a shortened URL.
Physical Web clients will still display the original URL when discovered.
Uses is.gd, instead of the now defunct goo.gl.
NOTE: Internet connection is required to assign short URLs.
Some minor adjustments have also been made to improve performance.

Does this eddystone emulator also send a description with the URL to the notifications?
I want to know why does it open on Nexus 5 but when I select "Advertise now" it still shows that "Advertise off". Is it not suported on this device?
This app works to broadcast from Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. Excellent tool!
Except can't put longer urls.
I tried this on one phone (a LG G4), and the Physical Web app on another phone (Galaxy S4). It couldn't detect anything, so I can't confirm if this app works or not."
