Unable to take orders in the new app. Getting notifications but the orders won't appear on the home screen of the app. Complained to the cc many times but they always said that there are technical issues with the app which are being worked on. Haven't taken any order since 2 days. Really disappointed.
I have register on this app 5 days backas a driver and also paid a fee of Rs. 600/- as requested by them. But from the day of activation which is about 5 days no orders have been received. When trying to speak to the customer care, I get to hear the same message again and again that they are escalating this. All switching on and off of GPS and other trouble shooting has been done a number of times. This happens with no response.
It send notification only when bike is running. And no notification when we are standing. Bigger fare trips either never show up in take a trip page and if it shows up then gets cancelled automatically as soon as you accept them. Earlier it was fair now it has became biased and pathetic. It's been a long time since I have earned a decent fare. Daily I have to end up by 200-300 only
The worst driver app. It used to be fine in the beginning but now it's the worst app one could find. The service isn't great. I get a notification and when I open it on the app. It just disappears. Fix this or else I'm stopping to work with this service.
This new app is worst i have ever used its not properly developed, 1. No sound notifications for near by area orders, if you want orders you need to keep app open all day and hold in hand, that drains battery like anything 2. Other area orders keep on coming in text notification if you try to select app will open and nothing will show regarding that text its irritating. 3 Old app was perfectly working in this new app i am not able to take single order hope this will solve with an update.'
