30 Day Habit Breaker play online

This app has a list of classical bad habits (not all) that people are trying to reduce of eradicate all together. It provides the user the opportunity to track their progress over a 30 day period by graphical analysis.

Input is required in all coloured fields (selected by drop down menu)
A note is required for each input in the "Note (Required)" field before committing the record by selecting the "ADD HABIT" button

It requires users to input the data each day from a set of drop down lists as values. Also the day of the week is included along with the day number of the 30 day cycle. The user can track their progress by selecting the "GRAPH" button where each habit has a different color code. Users can also change values if a change needs to be made by recalling the record# from viewing the data from the "VIEW DATA" button, retrieving the record number by placing the Record# in the "Get Record" field and then select the "DISPLAY RECORD" button. Changes can be made and then updated by selecting the "UPDATE" button.
