Veg Stars play online

Veg Stars is an app for families who want to help their children eat more vegetables.
Its very common for young children to refuse vegetables, which can be worrying and frustrating for families. Veg Stars is here to help, developed by child feeding experts from the universities of Loughborough, Bedfordshire, Aston and UCL in the UK.
The app includes tips and information for encouraging children to eat vegetables (including the 3 Rs method Reoffering, Role-modelling, Rewarding), as well as tools to help you put them into action.

The app contains the following features:

. Veg diary track your progress with 1-3 focus vegetables at a time
Star chart celebrate your childs progress and show them how well theyre doing
Matching game reward children with a veg-themed game so they learn as they play
