Time Goalie allows you to create "Time Goals", where you can specify if you want to limit the time you spend on a goal, or if you want to encourage yourself to spend a minimum time amount on a goal.

Examples of Time Goals:

Exercise -20 minutes
Meditation -10 minutes
Practice piano -15 minutes

Examples of Time Limit Goals:

Take Nap -20 minutes
Play Video Games -1 hour
Surf Instagram -15 minutes
