It's a good time killer, but there are WAY too many policemen to bump into. Not only that, but the controls feel really stiff, and the road feels too narrow. I also don't think people should go limp after getting slapped. Make them have some shocked animations instead where they slightly jump and hold their butt. There should also be an option to play in 1st person mode and 3rd person mode.
This just seems like a kind of game creeps would like. Not my type of game.
