Very bad app, they never take any complaints and autocut my meter showing overload but actually I have 5 KV connection but sometimes in winter & extreme summer they showed overload in 1.5 KV only . Worst service ever .
Pathetic app..I can only see initial 7 days consumption, no information on current status as well as amount available. Even we are not able to complaint because it always show error
App fails to open with correct pin frequently. If it does open, it fails to show current usage and balance and other relevant information. This app is of no use. I just have any alternative for this app as I'm a customer of the Rikken power.
This is the worst application I've ever be used. It doesn't refresh properly. Never shows the actual info on time. You have to understand that I got frustrated and don't want to be abusive thats it . What to say more......
This app is useless.. You can't recharge, you don't have any billing data, load profile data."
