Comments:
App is terrible and doesn't deliver or function the way its intended. The grocery delivery only uses aeon stores, which only ever has maybe a quarter of what I've ordered, actually in stock. The food delivery has an option to deliver during a specified future time frame, but the restaurants and delivery person dont look at it. We've ordered 3 hours in advance before and got a call 40 minutes later saying the food was already at the apartment...
Unusable. I can't use credit cards because it claims I have a duplicate account. I can't use cash because it claims I have a duplicate account. I can't transfer the cart list to someone else to purchase for me. I've never used the app before so I'm not sure where it got these ideas. And actually the app seems fine, it's the service that is flawed.
`This is a review of the app, not the goods or delivery service. It's awfully slow, e.g. when scrolling. Worse, it often says, "Hmm, something went wrong. Please try again later." It happens so often that the search function effectively doesn't exist, so you have to scroll through hundreds of randomly ordered items only to find out that they don't have what you want, e.g. a packet of salt.`,I live in Taiwan and use the app a lot for ordering food. It's a great app and usually deliveries are fast and reasonably priced. Sometimes delivery estimates can be WAY off which isn't a problem by itself except that the app doesnt usually update the time. Also the app would be much improved by letting you know where your delivery was about 2-3 minutes away. Other than that, great app, lots of selection, great alternative to UberEATS.
Horrible. Don't plan on getting the quantity or quality you hope for. If You order specific grade of meat or vegetables, the buyer will buy lower quality and they keep the price difference. Don't expect a receipt either. Funny to call it honest bee, this is the most dishonest transaction I've experienced in Thailand and that is saying a lot. Oh and they were 2 hours late... Completely scammed me. Avoid."
