Once youve downloaded the app, login using your existing Spark My Account username and password. If you dont have an online account yet, thats okay, just register using your account number and postcode it couldnt be easier.
Weve designed the app for use on a mobile. It isnt adapted for use on a tablet yet but dont worry, if youre having problems you can still manage your account online using the My Account feature on our website, sparkenergy.co.uk.

Had to reinstall the app, as it stopped working! Had problems before with it and still no improvement. I am not pleased with the services they provide. Customer service is bad and very rarely I managed to have over the phone a employee who knows how to explain, who understands what I am saying and requesting. Very, very dissapointed!
If I could a lower rating I would... totally useless app, doesn't even allow to register. The all process is a waste of time. I can't wait to move providers. If you notice the amount of bad reviews and no reply from the creators of this app it reflects the quality of the service. The same way they treat you here, they treat you over the phone. Totally useless company with a bunch of incompetent people that call themselves professionals. Will report them to the FCA for other issues as well!!!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Last updates just rendered the app to be unusable. Used to pay with paypal through the app, that doesn't work for at least 2/3 months now. Plus changed my settings on the app to forbid SMS text messages but I keep getting them after two weeks... Worthless. When things work well just leave then alone...
Absolute garbage. This companies online services are a disgrace. It would not allow me to log in from their website so I used my email address (the one that send me confirmations when I top up my electricity and the one I registered with) to request my password to be reset but it doesn't email you anything!!!! Even though their website says it has???? Left overnight in a freezing house in the middle of January with no electricity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY R USELESS
1.To start with I'm unable to play online statements or payment receipts. 2.customer care timings mentioned in the app is incorrect. It seems like the actual customer care ph. line closes at 6 and the app says 8. 3.Customer care!? Good luck if you can reach them. Have to wait on line for 20 minutes and then the line will be disconnected. Automatic call back! I tried that option twice. Never got a call back. 4.They were calculating my bills wrong and to get that right I had to struggle a week."
