Smart 5K Cultura Electronica is a platform for citizens of municipalities with less than 5000 inhabitants in the Region of Murcia whose objective is to offer access to online resources, electronic books, audiobooks, etc. in order to encourage the use of digital media, smartphones or tablets, to access these contents in an agile, fast and easy way. It has 6 reading clubs so that you can share your love of reading and create virtual communities of citizen participation. This is an initiative of Fundacion Integra within the Regional strategy "Smart Region" that is led by the Government of Murcia.
