`Very frustrating. I've been trying for weeks now to sign up. I always get the message "The signup process has encountered an error. Please try again" the app does not indicate what error has occurred. On 'trying again' every time I still get the same message even after verifying that my password meets the requirements. On arrival at the border one has to engage the services of those so called 'agents' to do it for you and they charge R 100. This has happened to me twice now. What infuriates(apologies for the strong language but one has to) me is that even after parting with your dear R100, the process is still very slow. PLEASE Zimra do something about this.`,Not a bad application. I have suggestions. To minimize errors, app can scan the disk?. The sections that can be scanned are the VIN, Engine Number.. etc.....Also, once country of manufacture is selected, possibly change the currency? I also struggled with the password a couple of times. It only accepted after i reset it. I notice many users are struggling with the same. Please fix! Its frustrating! Lastly, Network at Beit Bridge is POOR! provide free WiFi for your clients! Its cheap!
When I heard of this App, I thought what a great way for Zimra to flow with recent technology changes BUT unfortunately it doesn't work!!!! Over 3 weeks been trying to input details but on the last part, I don't get confirmation of the TIP. Same again on the online. Dissapointed that I'll now have to face the dreaded boarder queues
