Your Rubbish helps all residents and students living in Coventry know what, when and how to recycle and dispose of their waste.
Do you ever forget to put your bins out? Maybe youre sometimes unsure whether to put out the blue lidded recycling bin or the brown lidded garden waste bin? Or are you ever unsure whether you can recycle certain items of rubbish?
Your Rubbish can help with all this and more:
Collection reminders you can set up reminders so youll receive a notification every week to remind you of which bins to put out, and when to bring them back in
What goes where? - an alphabetical list of common household wastes, with information about how to recycle or dispose of them
What items to put in each type of bin
General information about bin collections
Find out how to dispose of items of waste at the Household Recycling and Re-use Centre, how to arrange for a bulky waste collection, or find your nearest charity shop
Cancelled collections - if bin collections are cancelled for any reason, such as heavy snow, the app will let you know not to put your bins out
How to report a missed bin collection.

Been using this app for a long time now and although it never displayed any alerts / notifications, I could see the appropriate bin days. The app was taken offline for upgrading over The Christmas period and I am pleased to report it now works perfectly on Android Oreo 8, giving proper alert / notification reminders with the appropriate bins on the correct days. Well done the update devs, now an excellent, very useful app so five stars *****
This app is an excellent idea but unfortunately is not kept up to date. The last revision was 4 years ago. I'm in CV5 but it does not recognise my post code.
The alerts feature (which bin to put out and when) worked to start with but hasn't for a long time.
Good idea but unfortunately not reliable. The information for the Christmas period is incorrect again, as it has been every year so far.
A completely pointless app.. no updates or severe weather disruption notifications. Christmas period disruptions ignored on the calendar'
