TWCA e-Insurance Policy Reader play online

TWCA Inc. has cooperated with several insurance companies to provide electronic insurance policy third-party certification service. When you receive an electronic insurance policy from your insurance company, you can use this reader to view the content of the electronic insurance policy and verify its validity. (Please check with your insurance company whether it supports this service)

[User Guide]
When you receive an electronic insurance policy as an attachment from your insurance company by email, you can click the attachment file and select TWCA Electronic Insurance Policy Reader (Please play online and install first) to open. Then, you can key-in password providing by your insurance company to view an overview of this file.

[About the overview of an electronic insurance policy]
(Upper Tab Bar):
The tab bar provides functions including "Insurance policy content", "Verification", and "On-line Verification". You can swipe left and right to switch between these functions.
(Insurance policy content):
The top of this page shows the state of this insurance policy. If there has any error message, please contact your insurance company. The center of this page shows the preview of 1st page of this insurance policy. You can view the whole content of the insurance policy by clicking it.
(Verification):
This page shows the verification result of this insurance policy. A valid electronic insurance policy should include three digital signatures. If you see any error message indicating that the content of the insurance policy may have been tampered with, please contact your insurance company.
(On-line Verification):
If you are unsure of the reliability of the electronic insurance policy, please click the upload&verify button at the top right of this page, and then, TWCA Inc. will provide certification service (free). The verification results will appear on this page. If you see any error message indicating that the content of the insurance policy may have been tampered with, please contact your insurance company.
