I had an issue with my account balance (some of my balance was lost) , so I sent an email to the support (in English), after a few days they answered me (in Chinese). The email stated that there was a bug in early version and your dot is permanently lost!!!!!!
Trash app. Worked for a year now a blank screen. Reinstalled wallet and import option is a blank screen as well now. Avoid.
Asset price in fiat currency not showing in the beta or latest version. Please fix it ASAP. Everything else is great. I'll give 5 star after this fix.
Great app! Staking is a little different on Polkadot, but as long as you do your research and learn how it works the procedure is simple enough. Just make sure to select good validators and know that the validators get rotated so sometimes you won't get rewards if none of your selected validators are in the current rotation.
There doesn't seem to be a way, at least not that I can find, to recover a wallet that uses a BIP39 passphrase and/or a BIP38 password. I haven't been able to use the app because of this, and that is why the 1 star rating. Fix it, and I'll update my rating."
