It allows generating Safety and Environment reports for all the Areas and Works of the FLESAN Group. It allows automatic categorization, according to Type of Incident, Task, Subtask and Actions selected when generating a REPORT, all in context to the incident and the Risk Magnitude Matrix.

Stores the information of the report in the Incident Management System, notifying with alerts established according to the matrix of notifications by position and work.

Assigns the magnitude of risk of the Incident under the mathematical model of incidents.
