It's a great app with a lot of programs. I noticed that although you encourage user feedback, they have not been fully considered. Some are really important like: the need to do a baseline with body measurements and pictures; progressively recording size of weights used; and setting the time a program starts.
Really great app. Just needs more exercises. Would be a huge help if there was a way to move up an exercise in your workout plan without having to delete exercises and then adding them again in the desired arrangement. If there was a long press/hold option on the app to move exercises in a workout plan up or down, this will be very convenient.
I like the app. As i like to set up my own workout plans, i find it quite difficult at times during training because the box you tick after finishing a workout is just above the 'delete' or the bin icon which makes it quite annoying when it's normal to delete the workouts by accident because of howbclose they are. I suggest you guys seperate them a bit please so than there is minimum error of deleting your workout by accident or put an 'undo' somewhere there.
This app is incredible. I use it all the time for workouts. It has all the exercises in different categories like chest, biceps, legs, cardio, and tons more. It's great for giving you not only individual workouts you can use but also workout plans. I just use the individual workouts and build my daily routine off of those. It also has offline videos that you can watch to make sure you're doing the exercise correctly. and it's free (for the most part). Would deffinately recommend this to a friend
Out of everything I've seen, I like this one the most. Just to suggestions: 1. Allow us to switch the order of exercises in a workout day 2. Add more moves or alternatively allow us to add custom moves If there's a way to do the above in the app, kindly guide me through it. Many thanks."
