`I can't seem to find a transcription app that actually works well. This so far is the closest after trying over 6. It would be great to have full ability to test how everything works before having to "sign up" to unlock the first transcription. It sucks having to set up accounts that need to turn around and be deleted because I can't use them. I want to have a hands on test for at least a few minutes worth of a transcription to make sure it records, edits, and shares the way I need.`,They used to be solid, but more than doubled their per-minute price (from 10c to 25c) while having a multitude of reliability issues pop up. Would avoid -- there's no reason to increase the price so high when the service no more reliable at transcribing than their cheaper competitors. So, with the accuracy being the same, then the unreliable transcription process (usually delivering blank text files on recordings that are loud and clear, as confirmed by cust. service) basically removes any reason to use them. Which is a shame, they didn't need to be greedy. An update to their response: I've found otherwise in real-world testing, the last few I ran side-by-side with Scribbie before leaving the service when y'all couldn't figure out why your service kept delivering blank transcripts. You're not any more accurate than they are, and your greed has clearly cost you more than a few customers.
`Amazing (so far) yes im sceptic. But so far it's amazing. First example is I'm leaving this review by my very own free will. NO pop ups asking to rate Every time I open n use it. (THANKS) Easy to use, once logged in, still easy to use and no hidden "now that ur logged in n we have all ur info bs" works great! I mean it's freaking awesome for an app to finally do what it says it's going to do. One less bs to deal with and grateful for it. So thanks for app!!! I recommend it to everyone.!!`,Temi is excellent, the only reason I gave it a 4 is because there is no backup feature. I have to reset my phone back to factory settings and the only recoverable data is the transcript. All of my audios will be lost and I have a ton of recorded content for my business. I will lose almost all of it. I would so pay for a service just to hold all of my audio files. Today is a really sad day lol
They more than doubled their pricing (.10 per minute to .25) with little detectable difference in user interface or quality. This price increase adds up significantly over time. There are very few businesses that can get away with such a price difference. No longer a service I can utilize.'
