Subscribers select between a business or client profile, each profile is connected by the phone number provided during registration in the app. With a business profile subscribers can manage bookings, services and share their business details with subscribers. Subscribers with a client profile may have access to the business details however the acces is restricted. To have full acces for bookings and more it requires from subscribers to establish a connection between the client/business profile. Connections can be established in several ways.

Attached in the business profile is an editable business link, add a personal welcome message or utilise the draft version. A business link can be submitted via WhatsApp or applied to social media, the link leads directly to the business profile. After the connection request has been made and confirmed, the connection is established which can be canceled at any time to avoid future bookings. The use of the business link is reserved exclusively for subscribers with a business profile.

Subscribers have the option to create connections by adding the phone number connected with the business/client profile in the app. Connecting to the business profile is established by adding the phone number, for the client profile by adding phone number/name. Subscribers can establish and maintain connections with a variety of business/client profiles. Business details can be set up according to your own wishes, in addition, the app offers support with Smart features such as the Smart Agenda, Custom availability, Follow-up appointments, Google Maps and WhatsApp. The app can be utilised in up to 12 languages. In the near future, a number of Smart functions will be added. C.C is free for subscribers with a client profile, we do not charge booking fees.
