Seems to work better with Apple phones than Android. It has more difficulty connecting with my MotoG7 than my old Apple iPhone8. The Bluetooth signal seems to drop more frequently on the Android, don't know if it's the phone or the processor. Works more seemlessly with the Apple. And, it doesn't connect to the phone ring or volume so now I can't talk on my phone because I can't hear anyone!!! Can't return the phone. Thanks a lot for nothing. Can't afford an Apple.

I appreciate that this is the ap department. But maybe you can pass this on. Bring back the volume button!!!!! And add a mute function to the aid!!!! I work and simply can not be messing with my phone every time I want to use a machine. Maybe you the app department can add an option where I can set the sound on my phone rather than going to my doctor to put settings on my aid. I'm a highly educated adult and can manage setting my own aid to suit what I need. But other than that app works well
