`I'm not sure exactly what I've signed up for and what I get for paying monthly. The videos are exactky the same as on YouTube with no extras and the additional categories aside from "news" contain old posts. They do not respond to emails for customer support as I have send multiple, asking why closed captioning was not available on the app, but is available when watching on the free, YouTube format. Note: this has since been fixed. I will be cancelling this subscription as it seems wasteful`,Daily Live broadcasts feature doesn't work. I click play, but nothing shows up. Any instructions to do moving forward?
I love the inclusion in my culture by providing news in ASL. Ya all r the best! :) my 3 1/2 month old baby is watching ya all already!
The staff/news anchors are phenomenal, providing news in American Sign Language.
