Worst service ever. After repeatedly calling, they didn't send their service man on time. Only looting to customers. I want my money back. My humble request to all of you, don't get AMC of your electronic goods from this company.
Just dry service for AC is not good enough in the package. Wet wash is a must. Highly unsatisfied!
Sir your service and contract based technician both are worst full. I was calling technician for my 2nd service of my LG AC but his behavior with customer is very worst and did not work as per prescribed standard of wet service. So strongly I recommend to all customers don't take service from saathi and I also advice to LG company to maintain your own service for customer support because in the market by 3rd party contract LG loss reputation.
