`Maybe this needs updating. As soon as I open it, it asks me to "set a goal" and gives me a number... what?!? When I set my "goal to 100," what am I doing exactly? I select the "Cool it" option and it tells me to "vent it," so I try the recording, am warned that it "may sound funny" then get a 0.5 second compression of a 30 second sound bite... how's that relaxing!? Then I hit the tabs above, and it takes forever for the app to switch tabs. This is supposed to be helping REDUCE my anger!`,This app looks confusing. It doesn't really give tips on how to control your anger.
This app is a joke. Nothing real or helpful in any way.
What are you even suppose to do. Literally no help at all
