Now they install remote controller.... It's OK. Very Very bad experience, don't purchase this product....Remote and Bluetooth both are not working.....
Big Zero ratings. Bought 2 fans, 5 times service requests in 1 year, PLC is not at all successful as it gets non functional within 1~2 months, after replacement, where as there is no power fluctuation in this area. Complete waste of money. I made a big mistake and invested my hard earned money in worst product. Now charging hefty money to repair the fan's PLC plate. No one shoukd buy Ottomate fans. Dealer has also discontinued dealing with Ottomate products as he also got bad name.
Just plain horrible. The app doesn't work. If you ask a service from the company, they do not send anyone. The electrician assigned to me didn't show up and said he was out of town when I called. I'm sorry if you brought the fan already. My deepest sympathies.
The application just does not work. Feel like I made a mistake in purchasing this fan especially after reading the poor/ bad reviews. If an improvement needs to be done it should have been in place by now, so it simply means the company has no intend to improve the promised facilities and needs to be taken to a consumer court for misleading details of product high prices product. For now, I have to have a coffee followed by a sandwhich as suggested by the application.
What a complete waste of money .My fan has already stopped connecting via bluetooth a 2nd time in first 3 months . And before too it didn't connect immediately I have to switch it off and then on again to connect to a bluetooth device then what's the point of having a bluetooth controller if I have to use the switch to connect."
