Never on time. Owners dont give a damn about their busses and their timings. Moe often than not these busses breakdown in middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and you will be left wondering what to do. Most recently being on 10th Feb 2019. Choose this service if you like sleeping on busses(stationary ones) or you want to make a 24hr journey out of a night travel.
Strongly not recommended, we have booked for Goa at very high price, they sent some starbus which did not had permit for Goa n left us waiting for long time n we called naik office they least bothered said we will arrange other bus We were supposed to reached there at 9.30am and finally we reached 3pm A day wasted plus we were traveling with kids
Had to give 1star because I couldn't give 0. Always late and poor customer service. Drivers don't pick call and operators are least bothered
the driver is extremely rude to all the passengers. also they have their commission at respective food joints and they dont even care for the quality of food and rest room areas. pathetic service. bus was late for ,1hour. never travel with naik travels. the bedsheets were smelly too and both places Where the driver hakted for food and tea was worst. travellers are bounded to continue the journey as already paid full amt.
