Magiq Spark is a simple application which increase performance of people by simplifying change in behaviour. This increases the happiness of people further leading to enhanced performance.This methodology is based on the HiPoHa framework described below.This framework is a result of years of research on behavior change and built on real life data.
High (Hi) Performance (PO) Happily Achieved (HA) is a behavior change framework developed by Tiny Magiq. Typically behavior change is associated with stress, whereas our framework gets it done while making people happy. This approach makes our framework a real breakthrough. The framework draws from our extensive experience in making transformational change happen in large organizations. The theoretical basis is from Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Science, Neuroscience and many other disciplines. Our framework also includes BJ Fogg's Tiny Habits® method.
