Always late and the app doesn't update. The help feature doesn't work. The only way to correspond is by messaging back the txt for order confirmation. They do not tell you when the order has been picked up, on the way, here. They just show up without notice. Or the notice comes after they have arrived. The people are really nice, but the app is terrible. My orders are always more than 45min and it seems like they either don't get notified on time or forget to pick up your order.
`My credit card number was stolen after I ordered thru this app. I also didn't know the status of my order as it was stuck on "Preparing Food" for 45 minutes. It should have taken about 30 mins to get my delivery but it took about an hour. The menus for each restaurant could be more robust in the app. Functionality could use an upgrade too.`,If I could give it 0 stars I would. Placed an order and after an hour and 10 minutes still not picked up. Tried to call and no one anwers, just get some hokey hold music. The HELP button on the app that allows you to text or call the driver doesn't work. I never give out bad reviews but this experience too bad not to share. Do not use this service!!!
