Recent changes: Browse all homes, not just direct matches, thanks to the addition of Find a Match and SimpleSearch. We've also introduced Amenities, so you can see which schools, hospitals, transport links, bars and restaurants etc are nearby. 'Record a Swap' also added with a new Quick Swap option, along with further improvements to Messaging and Photos, and bug fixes.

Possibly the worst app ever. Says I haven't replied to messages when I have. Can't update details in the app you have to go to the website and through every page of your profile, then can't even view your own profile as others see it. Pictures are too small can't zoom in, can't indicate specific areas of boroughs so get contacted by people in areas you don't want. Keeps logging me out saying password is wrong when it isn't, reset pw doesn't work until about the 5th attempt!!
`A complete waste of time. The app just doesn't work. My "matches" appear to have posted several photos of their homes but you are unable to view any of them. The layout if the app is extremely basic and appears to have had no maintenance done to it since I last used the app about 4-5 years ago. I'll be deleting the app and speaking to my landlord instead about arranging a swap through them`,The principal is good but the functions are not good. If you are making headway with a swapper, go by email, not site, again it should delete people who have not been on site for ten weeks or more, use it for first instance then go vial email or text to avoid frustration. Needs updating badly
So basic and some buttons don't even link you to another area of the site. You can only do so much and not enough to consider a swap with another property. The app also crops uploaded photos massively so the rooms look smaller and more cramped than they are. When you write a message, on my phone you can't even see what you've written until you've sent it. It's been the same way for years, I'm baffled as to how they haven't managed to sort the app issues in all that time. Useless really.
This is the worst app I've ever had the misfortune dealing with. It's so buggy it's unreal. Constantly having to re sign in, constantly freezes, messages take forever to come through, doesn't showcase photos properly because it crops the hell out of them, the search function is awful, constantly shows you the same properties even though you've down voted, shows you people with half an add who haven't logged in for months. I could go on, but I wont. This app is exhausting!"
