Do you want better opportunities for mental health, peace, or joy of life? With the new (anno 2020) official Open and Calm app, which supports Open and Calm-based courses, you get free access to a variety of meditations. Everyone is welcome to use the app. You can try out the meditations, even if you have not meditated before and even if you do not go on an Open and Calm course. In the app you can also see where such courses are held and offered.
The app has been technically significantly improved in relation to the first two versions (anno 2016 and 2019). The app structures the meditations according to ben and Rolig's five themes: The Method, The Body, The Psyche, Relationships and The Focus You Want. With the app you also get easy access to www.benogrolig.dk. Here you can order books and play online extra material, find your personal team times, etc. The Open and Calm app is published by the Mental Health Foundation, which works for non-profit purposes for the benefit and joy of the Danish population.
