Introducing the new mobile app from Tristar Software. We have taken our award winning desktop tools for Service of Process, Court Filings, and Messenger work and brought it to your mobile device. Now your servers can keep you and your clients up to speed with real time status updates, diligence reports, and final statuses. Working offline has never been easier. Once the app has been synced with your main database, the information is stored locally until you are in a service area again and can sync your data.
Are you in a state that allows audio recording of your serves. Well the new Tristar app will record your serves and upload the audio file to the system along with photos, GPS coordinates, and time and date stamps. Get the serves done right, and have all the proof you need if a question arises.
If your in the field and you want to see if any of your jobs are near your current location, just pull up the map view and see where all of your jobs are. Click on any flag on the map to get more details about that job. Process, Court, Messenger Pickup and Messenger delivery are all color coded to make it simple to see what you need to do and where.

Unreliable! After entering info, abd synching, info disappears. Isn't received by master computer. VERY frustrating. Often have to re-enter info long after you've left the location which means you can't enter accurate GPS coordinates. NEVER use the app's photo function unless you want to lose the only other verification you were at the location. Take and store pics be with your phones camera, then add to WinServ report from your library. When data is lost when you sync, youll have backup.
I have been using this for 2 months now. It is very glitchy. This app srambles your jobs across your map and doens't show all your jobs half the time. The ONLY good feature is its ability to easily generate decs. I will be ending my contract due to this companies inability to provide the service they advertised. HORRIBLE for the price!
I installed the application in my Galaxy Tab A. it worked for the first 2 orders I enter final status, but on the 3rd I tried to enter diligence status and app just keeps closing. I have used this app for the last 5 years and I'm still wonder why the developers have not been able to fix this problem for Android tablets.
I have an Android phone the application worked for about a month and then the jobs just stopped appearing. Very frustrating I wish I had an answer.
The app keeps force closing and unable to enter serve attempts. I wouldn't recommend this to any process service company."
