There is a money back guarantee if it does not work. I reached out on the site got in touch with a live person when it was concluded that this would not work I was told I would be issued a refund then I asked what information is needed to process my refund the rep says nothing. it has been a week and NOTHING! No feedback with an explanation NOTHING. $20.99 gone. They are dishonest and disappointing!!!!
Don't even bother. Free...just lies. Description says you unlock AT&T Samsung phones for free. The email showed 1-4 hours for the code. The wait is 12-8 hours to tell you to send them payment to unlock your phone. The person was so intelligent that they called the phone a Nokia phone which it isn't. Either get competent workers or read. Reading is fundamental but you failed to do so. Do NOT use this service unless you like throwing away your hard earned money.
T-Mobile customers be aware. This app is scam and fraud for T-Mobile locked Samsung devices. You're gonna pay $20.99 and in 24-48 hours you'll get a key. That doesn't work on T-Mobile Samsung devices. T-Mobile uses a much more sophisticated method for locking/unlocking devices. Then they're gonna send you to phone unlocking web page, where they're asking for an additional $50.99 and 3-7 days that your device is unlocked on T-Mobile. Google around, you're gonna find similar online services that are gonna unlock your T-Mobile Samsung device for less money and shorter waiting time. Overall, this is pure scam and fraud and should be banned from the Play Store as such. Now, Google, the final decision is yours. And to get a refund, the only way is by filling dispute through your bank. Those guys will never gonna refund you.
This is a terrible app. They have a supposed to guarantee that they will return your money if their service doesn't work. Well I am proof that their service did not work and they will not return your money. I asked about the guarantee someone said that I have to purchase something $30 more or I'm screwed. They said they'd send me the link and they never sent me the link. Terrible customer service so far. to be continued.
They had a 25$ offer and i got an email saying my phone was unlocked. Turns out it was not unlocked and then they wanted me to pay an extra 45$ to unlock my phone supposedly since the 25$ offer was "through the app only". They said i was getting a refund and never did. Do not use this your phone should have an unlock app downloaded already and its free.'
