2 Days trying to get in to the diary support for snap doesn't no how to trouble shoot the issue of not beaning able to get in to the part the ask you questions the diary this whole app is not working properly and causing lots of hours on the phone for two days. I was told it would be very easy and just take seconds to answer questions...... Not the case App won't work. No one has answers there was a email support and after 3 emails she told me she didn't no how to help and said she would get some one and of course no one contacted me either HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME

`This is stupid. App doesn't open. I contacted the company and their response? "Yes, we've had a few bugs when trying to create this under a deadline." Do they fix anything? Nope!`,

Long delay after entering PIN, then it constantly tries to open but nothing happens. I mean for hours! I even tried closing and reopening with the same issue.

There has been issues going on since memorial day, not loading the questionnaires when it is supposedto be available, otherwise the app works like it should.

This app is not working for me, I am able to login but when I try to go in the daily dairy nothing shows in there. I have been checking every day from last 5 days but only get the error stating the daily dairy will be available from 5pm to 11:59 pm but nothing shows up. Please fix this issue ASAP'
