`Mostly working convenient app, sometimes though some parts are not clickable or giving empty screen (call support button, or "car manual" button f.e). Having issues with logging-in via Facebook/Google. Not sure if it's app or me. But there's always a mywheels.nl website where you can do all the same things you do in the app. Other than that it's 4.5/5`,Definitely not feeling the experience I'm feeling when I'm on the desktop site. I definitely don't feel comfortable and secure knowing I won't have any issues when I try to hire a car via this app. Not every good UX and don't get me started on the upload of a photo of a licence when it's not Dutch. Terrible
The app is the worst. I made a reservation, paid 70€, came to the car and only when trying to unlock the car I got an error message saying that my account hasn't been approved by them yet. Haven't even got my money back. Unbelievably badly made application.
Ok service, but poor app. No visual feedback when opening a car, no way to upload pictures of existing damages (need to describe them), no easy way to report dirty cars, no follow-up after a report.
Fantastic car sharing app. Better insurance than the competition and better prices. It's because they are non profit, their goal is literally to make people's lives better through car sharing!"
