Using this App for over a couple of years now. My experience is very satisfying so far. Worked very well even during the lockdown period. Getting responses to my queries promptly too. However one thing needs to be set right i.e. when we open the app it says about updating latest version but it doesn't really exist!!! Hope it will be set right soon.
There is lot improvement needed in the facility. I haven't received my refund money and their customer care number is switched off. And also they are not answering my mails. Worst services.
Hi, I am regularly ordering medicine from genericure. Which medicine not available locally, they have good stock of medicine. Great... But in app there is only COD option. There is no online payment. I hope they it will come in future. But overall experience is good as of now.
Why can't I upload the prescription. While uploading the image the screen grts stuck and keeps on buffering with no response.
Very useful app. Door step delivery facility for medicines is a great feature and the app is smooth and easy to operate. Overall, a good app.'
