`App says my info does not match EA+ info. EA+ folks have no way to know what's going on other than the "system might be down" line. From the other reviews I don't have much confidence this will ever work.`,Fails, user interface is not on the expected scale. Cannot make any reasonable updates. At present I would if possible I give it a negative rating.
`It won't allow me to create my account. It rejects any email address or any password I use. I would expect better performance from something "new and improved." Makes me question if I should even be a member of EA+.`,I just installed the app, added my information and it is perfect. Simple to use. 10 stars in my book. I think the bad reviews from 2019 should be edited or removed!
