To use it, first install, then in Smart Launcher hit App Drawer > Menu Button > Preferences > Theme > Retro LCD.

The closest i can find with great layout options. If there was also a full qwerty keyboard and lock screen with this digital font without using cheesy phone image emulator, i would definetly download. You can even customize the icons so as to go more retro.
It needs essential apps' icon like offices, googles and so on and so far. Games too. Put old icons like snakes and madeup game icons like racecar, guns, and whatnot.
It was great. But it desperately needs a UPDATE with the latest icons , I would definitely rate it a 15 then ! Please upgrade the app asap
