I love the news butttttt the comment section has been werid its either currently you put in a valid email but it says its not or on the app there is NO comment section at all, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm................ Also the new ads are a horrible they cover the stories im trying to read including the pictures or the pictures never load but the ads do.
this is ideally the perfect app for any Disney fan. I have pandora and I have a good bit of park music available but it doesn't have everything and they occasionally toss in something non Disney. that is not my goal. so I found this. would be wonderful if the app didn't crash halfway through each song. I have to reboot the app constantly. not sure if it's worth it.
This was an incredible app that gave fantastic update in all things Disney. The last few updates have made a mess of it. It is now all ads, hijacks and popups non stop. From floating videos that you cant close to full screen highjacks that must be up for a specific amount of time before you can close them. Now I understand advertising. WDWNT used to have a print add inside of the articles that you could see then scroll past. These new floating videos and strip ads that dont allow are terrible
I love WDWNT as a site, I think they have very good coverage of the parks and are always honest. I also love the convenience of the app. My only complaint is since the new update the ads have gotten worse. I have to wait 5 seconds to close a full screen ad now and there are quite a few ads in the articles and in the main page. I like the update but I wish the ads were towned down a bit. I'm still giving 5 stars because y'all deserve it.
Update: thankfully they listened and now there are much fewer popup ads. Original:The new app now includes pop up video ads seemingly every time you open an article, which makes it much less pleasing to use. Now I mostly just look at the headlines to avoid them. I know people have to make money, but is there not a less interruptive way?'
