Sharq Insurance-Smart Services play online

A smart services app allowing Sharq Insurance policy holders to create and submit a motor claim in the event of a road traffic accident.



The app provides an efficient guided process to select the vehicle involved in the accident, upload the correct documentation, take photos of the vehicle damage, and finalise the accident details before submitting to Sharq Insurance. This ensures all the correct information is captured, allowing Sharq Insurance to process the claim, getting the policy holder back on the road as quickly as possible.



The smart services app will be enhanced in the future, allowing policy holders of Sharq Insurance to gain access to other key services associated with their motor vehicle, such as motor repair or servicing, in addition to managing their vehicles and policies directly through the app.



In the coming years, Sharq Insurance will focus on building a unique brand, which will be an important component toward building consumer trust, loyalty & professional reputation as we expand further into the marketplace. The company is developing a new marketing strategy and digital transformation to maximize internal and external distribution channel opportunities. This app forms part of this venture.
