I am unable to see any images on the articles, I am using one plus 6T phone, don't think it is a phone related issue, I wrote an email to the support team with the screenshot but have not received any response from them yet. So the information in the articles is incomplete for me as I cannot see the related graphs / pie charts / diagrams etc.
The app's performance sucks big time. It takes close to a minute to start any article. Most frustrating part is, I have subscribed to Outlook Business but I don't have access to its online magazine whereas I can access to every other magazine of Outlook. The icing on the cake is, I have reported the issue to their customer support team on 29-July but the issue is still not fixed. I have been told the issue is communicated to the concerned team. Honestly I don't think anybody is really concerned.
Don't ever purchase their subscription. I paid Rs. 549 for outlook money subscription in December 2020. Till date they didn't sent me even a single magazine. I raised this issue multiple times but they don't care to resolve any issues. They just care about taking money out of your pocket and forget you forever
Please don't subscribe outlook magazine by post or courier. Their services are pethetic. 3 yrs back also I faced the same problems but their representatives told that now our courier services improved far better. But in reality the condition is same, I took outlook subscription in June 19 , now it's October 19 and I have received only one magazine in place of at least six magazines.
Its the absolute worse. Do not play online and by mistake also do not pay for anything. The app stops working once you purchase anything. Do not waste your money here. It just steals your money. Have done everything to try and solve the issue but to no help. Lost a lot of money.'
