Needs an update desperately.. two open buttons on main screen? Ticket info jumpled together, could be made much easier to review. Sorting doesn't seem to work , at least in my free version. Clicking on anything in the main drop-down window does absolutely nothing. I have to use the android back swipe to get back to anything. I want to like this, I want to love it! But improve it! Why no serious updates since 2018 ...
No ability to sort tickets, no alert system, should automatically take you to the newest open tickets but doesn't. Develpers should take a page from spiceworks and other vendors. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPERS Dev team shouldn't get an attitude with consumers over their poorly intergrated application. If your team is not affiliated with osTicket, perhaps you shouldn't be using the osTicket logo. Your app is basic and provides no meaningful functionality. unable to ever get it to connect to a public accessible osticket sever running v1.10.1. have formatted url properly as developer mentions and have reviewed their kb article that doesn't ever mention the password for the demo server account that would have at least shown it working -at all-
works and connects fine. very limited function but does what it says... perhaps the other reviewers should ask the guys who setup their system to get the app setup for them
Works for me and I can connect to my OSTicket web-server that I setup and more importantly I am able to see my tickets. (Note to readers: this version is read only). I will have a look at the pro version because I would like to see a feature rich option to be able to change ticket status. Thank you OSTicket. Nice start. I will would probably would have given more stars if this version had a few more features but now I am keen to check out the pro version. Updated: I have now bought the pro version'
