The app was not what I expected. It runs very slow, it's not user friendly for beginners wanting to learn a new language, it needs a translate feature. My experience has led me to want to deactivate my account but I can't because it just won't do it and when I try to seek help in the app it goes to load a web page that is an error. For me this is the worst app I've ever downloaded
The app design is good, it's not glitchy but it lacks basic feature of a language exchange app it feels like a dating app because it doesn't match people based on the languages they speak, you can't set a preference such as age/same gender of language partners and there is no feature to report users as there are many fake accounts.
It lags too much. Chats donot load. I have installed it 3 times to see the chats. It doesnot have a direct call option. But the app is too good in terms of implementation.
