They update the gate on the monitors at the airport, but they don't tell you on the app. So you have to guess which gate you should go to, and then wander around the airport until you find a TV screen with your flight on it. And continually check it for updates, since the app never tells you anything. Awful.
Useless app. I can't save a boarding pass in app itself. Previously it was working better.
App is next to useless when trying to book flights, as it always says can't book as first flight is departing shortly, even for a booking months away.
Actually the app is pretty decent. But asking for a review, blocking the view, directly after trying to get my location multiple times, results in a bad review. I just want to check in a flight. Just stick to what it is you want do do, tracking me and begging for reviews should not be on the list.
Recently, the App is really useless. I can not get my booking information as before. Now it is only possible to do the check-in using a computer. It is a really stupid App.'
