To create expenses via the Expenses App. This app will send your expense information to the Proactis Expenses module for you to submit on an Expense Claim for payment.
The Approver App enables easy approval or rejection of documents such as orders, expenses and more.
The Receiptor App enables users to easily receipt purchase orders.
The Deputy App enables delegation of your approval task list to a nominated user
This mobile app is an ideal addition to the range of Proactis Spend Control and eProcurement solutions to support customers when mobile and away from the office.
Requires minimum of Proactis v18.2.13 and latest software updates.

App used to work well but just crashes now since the update a few months ago. Useless!
Doesn't ever open properly. Opens then shuts itself.
It functions but, as with the rest of the platform, there is a long way to go to make it user-friendly. The app keeps producing erroneous notifications saying I have documents to authorise (I'm not a manager). Function to automatically calculate mileage from post codes would be handy. The way of transposing mobile claims onto a final claim is also very clunky. Work needs doing to the whole platform to make it more user-friendly
After a minor setback the app seems to be working well again after installing an update. Thank to the developer and team.
Unusable since Jan, simply keep crashing. Tried reinstalling, still useless...'
