This app sucks. Think you can open the door with it and let your pet out? No! Too bad, might connect, or not. Takes at least a minute to recognize door. Not convenient at all. Might as well just get up and walk over to the door to open it. No customer service at all. Door works great but don't expect to have this app control it. Save the $100 and by the non wifi model. It will save you a lot of stress!
There is no history being recorded which would be nice to look at but it's always been blank. There are also a lot of issues with the hardware, door is not very reliable. Either opening and closing repeatedly while my dog is far away, or not opening at all even with the sensitivity turned all the way up
Door is ok, app is crapp. The door operates fine from the control panel but controls on the app are useless. I want to be able to turn sensors on and off from upstairs and it can't connect from that far away. It worked once so I know the function should be there. Interface is so basic, needs major modernizing.Will be unstalling so I dont get notifications every time the dog goes out the door.
Door and collar work fine. This app is total garbage. Constant issues with remote control even though it shows a connection (green dot) and the internet icon. Do your customers a favor and go hire a 6th grader to program a new app. They could do a much better job than whoever programmed this. When you pay what these doors cost it is implied that the remote control feature will actually work and not 1% of the time. Also the scheduler doesn't work either. Dog can still exit when set to deny.
Door great, app terrible. Same as others. Super long connection time (7-12 minutes or not at all). Have to completely delete all data from app and restart to get it to work at all. If you exit app for literally just 30 seconds you have to do the whole thing over and wait AT LEAST 15 more minutes. Ridiculous!'
