unable to register as indivisual user,when contacted toll free number I was told that only corpoates can register and others are required to use app with thd help of ccn number .We have to enter ccn number every time we track claim status,no pop up of ccn number is available.This makes use of app very uncomfertable.The app does not deserve any star but minimum 1 has to be given.Hope the tpa makes it user friendly.

Third class TPA but the worst part is insurance companies are hiring these worst TPA just to cancel your claim or making it most complicated . Third class service. I want to give minus ratings but it's not available .

Very bad app...though not registered yet it appears user credentials already exist. Why the hell banks have contract for policies of their employees with such agencies. Pathetic

Dear Sir, This is for your kind information that I being the new user could not register my name as after filling up all necessary fields it is showing some error message. After that when again I am submitting the necessary fields & tapping the submit button a message box appears showing " username already exists" though registration was not done successfully. So, your App is poor functioning. Please rectify it as soon as possible. So, I am rating it single star. Regards Subrata Sil.

Your company is very backward in all aspects. For intimation you required it on mail only. App is very bakwas....'
