So I'm trying to use the App. I try to login to my account with the studio. I enter email and password. There is no login button. Only register new account or forgot password. Failure at the most basic level and at the first hurdle. Who designed this?
Useful for booking classes. Issues with payment options as there is no way to remove my credit card information from the app, all options to delete credit cards are unclickable in the app. Would be happy to update my rating if this issue is fixed
App sends you notificatios about some events or added info from your gym, but as you click that notification it just turns on app to book classes and there is no way to read that information. Maybe I am misdong some tab or something..
The profile page is always faulty, the UX overlaps and I can't tap on anything at all. The Add Card page is also not responding well, there was no respond button and I could not proceed.
The app won't let me sign the waiver form for my local gym. There is no sign options for the document. The gym receptionist is no help at all and has an attitude an not reassuring at all. Now I'm being told if the waiver form is signed before the 1st Feb this could jeopardise my membership and there isn't an option to physically sign a waiver form. Sort this out guys this is ridiculous and unnecessary hassle for app users."
